Today, Hospital Day 13

I GO HOME TOMORROW!!! I GET OUT OF HERE AND GET TO SLEEP IN MY OWN BED!!!

And I got exciting news from Chris and Kyra - but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share it here yet.

What I know now is I'm exhausted and just want to sleep for the rest of my life. But not really - I am excited for the CF walk! :-)!

It's on SUNDAY!!!

That's all I have to say for now. I'm too sleepy to be very clever.

Have a good "going home" day! Just thinking about how good that's going to feel makes me smile. Our walk in Milwaukee is on Sunday, too - I'll be thinking about you! Don't overdo it before the walk, now!


And, I'm not going to post on your other post...but, yaaaaayyyy for nate and tricia nad Gwenyth! It's amazing, and a very moving story. and I can only imagine what effect it's had on awarness and donations to CFF this year. And, it's how I found your blog - so, yaaay again!

Me and Trinity: What a cutie! Chest PT on a baby: The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation discourages any contact among CF patients. Personally, I think this is overreacting at its best. Yes, some precautions need to be taken, but it has been blown totally out of proportion. I am writing this because the other night at Concert on the Square I held Trinity. Her mom handed her over to me, and we were talking and then she told me that Trinity has CF. I asked if I should take precautions and her mom said that it was okay for me to interact with her - and I feel that as long as the parent says it's okay, it's okay with me. And I did her chest pt - and it was a nice break for the parents. They have three children under three and two of them have CF. They have a 3-year-old with CF, an 18-month-old without, and Trinity, 2-months-old, with CF. If any family needs a break it's this one. A word about my sinuses

Ow. (Note, this is not a complaint. I am simply stating that I am currently in a state of pain.) WARNING: EXTREME AMOUNTS OF SARCASM AHEAD. Even though the pain is so bad I can barely stay awake, I am still able to run and jump and sing and dance (because, DUH I'm addicted to running and can't stop... I LOVE my lungs and all they do for me!) and I will be doing a marathon soon, so watch for that. I will be DANCING the marathon, and singing the whole way. What do you think, should I sing Hannah Montana??? And High School Musical??? Whadda ya think??? And since the only thing that seems to help the pain are my migraine pills, I will be popping them like candy. I will put them in rolls and eat them like Smarties. Mmmm Migraine Smarties. Dating, Dancing, and Depression

Let's talk about these things in reverse order. I realized I was still depressed. I'm not the type of person who cries very often. I know that I'm having problems when I cry for stupid reasons. We upped my dose of my depression med, and I'm doing much better - so far. I was with my family over the weekend, and that always makes me feel better. We'll have to see how I'm doing by the end of this week to see if the meds are helping. I have only had to take small naps or no naps and I've been able to get a little done today - like the dishes, and unpacking a little. Hopefully I will be able to continue getting a little done every day - and then someday it will all be done. (insert insane laugh here because it will never be all done because I am so good at making a mess). I want to dance. I watched all the So You Think You Can Dance I missed while I was in Europe/busy before Europe... and I want to dance like that. I decided that if they get that pill t
